Shipping
Most orders received before 11:00 AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We ship using Click Ship which provides a number of shipping options from various shippers. We select the option which matches the option you have selected. Occasionally we will select a different shipper that what you have selected if we know the order will be picked up and shipped quicker. In most cases we use CanPar or UPS. We will ship using Canada Post Expedited when shipping to a PO box. The link to the tracking information will tell you which shipper your order is being sent with. Regardless of shipping method once it leaves our store we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping. Shipping is calculated using the weight and dimensions of the package. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. There are some items with a large item shipping surcharge of $15. These are highlighted in the product description.
Some items such as plasma cars and lava lamps are in-store pickup only. This is highlighted in the product description.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. In these cases we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to our store.
If you change your mind and no longer require the item we will accept a return for 30 days from the date of purchase. In this cases you are responsible for shipping charges back to one of our locations.
To initiate a return go to the My Orders page, select the order you would like to return and hit return. We will be in touch for the next steps. Payment for returned items will be sent when we receive the item. Refunds are sent the same method as was used for the original purchase.
