About the Artist: Lewis Miller is a New York-based floral and event designer and the creator of the Flower Flash™. Flower Flashes are street art installations made with living florals and foliage. Nicknamed "The Flower Bandit" and "The Banksy of Flowers", Miller has been flashing unsuspecting New Yorkers with flowers since 2016.
