Closing Gravenhurst Information              

Why are we closing?      

It has been a challenge to keep our Gravenhurst location profitable. Costs have increased significantly in the past few years and sales have not kept pace.  Unfortunately the Gravenhurst market is just not large enough to support a specialty toy store any longer. Our Bracebridge store is much larger and fully stocked and just a short drive away.

When will you be closing?           

Our last day will be March 30th Easter weekend

What will happen to the staff?   

The staff have been offered jobs at the Bracebridge location.

Will you be having a sale?            

We will be moving all the inventory to the other locations and not having a sale.

What will happen to downtown Gravenhurst and this location?

It will go up for lease and it being such a nice corner location it will be rented out in no time.

What about returns?     

Returns can still be done in our Bracebridge location. We also have the space until the end of April and will be able to do returns with prior arrangements during this time. We will make every effort to honor returns any way that is convenient to our customers.

What about my gift cards?

Gift cards are redeemable at all our locations as well as online.

I don’t drive how can I go to Bracebridge?

We have an extensive online store with low free shipping levels.
